Triathlon: MarkAllenOnline.com, the leader in triathlon coaching, is accepting resumes for its 2006 Elite Triathlon Team

(Boulder, CO): MarkAllenOnline.com is currently accepting triathlon resumes from US based athletes who would like to be part of this exciting new team for 2006. If you are committed to be the best you can be and you want to utilize MarkAllenOnline for your coaching needs we encourage you to apply. Send your triathlon resume and a list of races you will participate in 2006 to questions@markallenonline.com. The deadline is January 15th 2006.

Selection will be based on the following:

* Prior results and/or potential ability to place at major triathlons.

* Your desire to be coached by MarkAllenOnline and follow the training methods developed by Mark Allen.

* Your location. We desire to have representation in all major population areas in the U.S.

* Your 2006 race schedule, which must include major US races with 500 athletes or more.

The following companies have pledged to sponsor our team for 2006:

* Descente Athletic (www.descenteboulder.com) will be the racing apparel sponsor for the 2006 MarkAllenOnline team. Descente is also the Official Cycling Apparel for team CSC a perennial Tour the France team.

* ASICS America (www.asicsamerica.com) will be our running shoe and run clothing sponsor providing each MarkAllenOnline Elite Team member with a pro package and team warm ups.

* TYR (www.tyr.com) will be the swim gear and swim apparel sponsor for the 2006 MarkAllenOnline Elite Team and will be giving each member a special swim training package.

* infinIT Nutrition (www.infinitnutrition.com) will be the fluid replacement sponsor and is going to send each team member a shipment of Mark Allen’s own fluid energizer.

In addition HED cycling (www.hedcycling.com) and TriGenix Sports Nutritionals (www.trigenix.biz) will be helping out the team with product and discounts.

Mark Allen Online is continually making its best efforts to provide our Elite Team with the highest quality products and services. Additional sponsors will be joining the team as final details are negotiated.

The following is what we require from each team member if selected for the team.

* Train using MarkAllenOnline for all of 2006 and purchase a yearly membership to the web site for $849.00, which is a substantial discount on year round training.

*Wear the team race apparel provided by Descente at all your 2006 races.

* Participate in at least five triathlons this upcoming season with 500 or more competitors and represent the team and its sponsors with competitive results and a high level of sportsmanship.

* Provide a digital head shot to be used on the team web page upon acceptance of a team slot and additional action photos during the year

We expect that many slots will be taken by our existing 2005 team member. So don’t delay in contacting us. Our team for 2005 had incredible results. The 26 members had the following results:

*9 overall triathlon wins

* 21 overall top 3 placing

* 53 categories wins

* 70 category top 3 placing
