Multisport: Three New Sport Events for CEOs Announced This Week

Skiing, Driving, and Climbing

BOULDER, Colo., Dec. 12 -- CEO Challenge LLC is the world- leader in sport competitions designed for CEOs and C-suite executives. It all began in 2001 when Ted Kennedy, founder of the company, ran a small 'race within the race' at Ironman USA Lake Placid for CEOs, which has now expanded to 50 CEOs and five Ironman races around the world, culminating in the World Championship in Hawaii.

Last year the company began the CEO Golf Challenge, with a number of qualifying tournaments leading up to the World CEO Golf Championship in October.

Recently CEO Challenge added events in Cycling (Tour de France) and Triathlon (St. Croix). And, this week alone, the company launched three new CEO Challenges in Skiing, Driving and Climbing!

The first to take place is a CEO Skiing Event that will bring CEOs together in Montana from February 23 - 25 for the privilege of seeing what is being hailed as 'the next, biggest four-season resort in North America.' Tom Maclay owns 3,000 acres just outside Missoula and, as long as everything goes as planned, his new Bitterroot Resort will offer the largest vertical of any ski resort in North America -- over a mile from top to bottom! CEOs will spend a day cat-skiing at Bitterroot with Jeff Olson (two time Olympian), and with Tom as he explains his vision.

The second new event is the CEO Driving Challenge, run in conjunction with J Lowe Racing. CEOs will have unparalleled access to GT and Daytona Prototype races at the Virginia International Raceway 400 on the weekend of April 28 & 29, then have their own opportunity to race around the closed track on Monday to see who is the fastest driver!

Finally, the first-ever CEO Climbing Challenge is scheduled for May 18 - 20 in one of the world's great rock climbing regions -- Boulder, Colorado (where Jim Collins trains and climbs). Guides from the Colorado Mountain School will pre-set a series of routes at Eldorado Canyon to see which CEO can master the most routes in the least amount of time.

All CEO Challenge events include luxury accommodation, fantastic meals, tremendous networking opportunities, and a significant contribution to charity on behalf of the participants. The events are open to CEOs, owners, presidents, or C-suite executives. More information can be found at www.ceochallenges.com.
