Triathlon: “Best Of The US” Invites Alabama’s Best To Race At The Buster Britton Memorial Triathlon On June 9

(St. Paul, MN – 4/25/2007)–– “Best of the US” Management and Team Magic invite the triathletes of the Heart of Dixie to race at the BUSTER BRITTON TRIATHLON / BEST OF THE US ALABAMA QUALIFIER at Oak Mountain State Park near Pelham, AL on Sunday, June 10. Alabama has many fine triathletes. Female standouts include Aytree Barnett, Leah Braden, Janie Davis, Lori Goldweber (2006 BOUS Representative), Lindsay Overton and Mallory Slaughter. For the men, Tony Allen, Ed Carraway, Jason Frey, Chad Hon, Jonathan Krichev, Morgan Ramey (2005 AL BOUS Representative), Chris Roberts, Jeff Terry and Matt Winstead. The fastest male and female resident amateurs will receive invitations to represent Alabama at the “Best of the US National Championship” on October 6 at Cypress Gardens Adventure Park in Winter Haven, FL. Any combination of the abovementioned male and female triathletes will insure a strong presence for Alabama at the Championship.
