Triathlon: Comerford Sends Signal of What to Come with 3rd at Ironman Brazil

Scotland’s Bella Comerford signalled progress is on track for her main aim of 2007 the World Ironman Championship crown at this weekend’s Ironman Brazil in Florianopolis. Comerford secured a comfortable third place in what was for all intensive purposes a training race en route to Kona. With still more than five months to the big day Comerford’s progress in 2007 continues to impress and her 3:13:02 marathon at the end of a tough day’s racing is sure to send warning signals to her competition.
