Athletics: Registration closed: real,- BERLIN-MARATHON 2008 has reached its participant capacity of 40.000

As early as never before the real,- BERLIN-MARATHON has sold out as it has reached its participant capacity of 40.000 entries. The race, which is celebrating its 35th running this year on September 28th, has been the stage of five world records (men and women) in the last ten years. The current world record mark of 2:04:26 by Haile Gebrselassie was set on the flat and fast Berlin course last year.

A limited number of entries are still available through tour groups, click here for more information.

The Inline Skaters event on Saturday (September 27th) is still open for registration, more information .
