Triathlon: “Best Of The US” Invites Rhode Island’s Best To Race At The Block Island Triathlon On August 2

Watch over 50 IAAF Events Live and On-Demand at WCSN.com (St. Paul, MN – 6/18/2008)–– “Best of the US” Management and Race Director Robbie Closter invite the triathletes of the Ocean State to race at the 25th annual BLOCK ISLAND TRIATHLON / BEST OF THE US RHODE ISLAND QUALIFIERS, a popular sprint distance ( .25 mile swim, 12 mile bike, 4 mile run) race in Block Island, Rhode Island’s most scenic town, on Saturday, August 2.. Top Rhode Islanders he hope to see on August 2 include Emily Anderson, Abigail Anthony, Larry Orlando, super-masters Lisbeth Kenyon and Amy Rice, Elise Von Housen and Kristen Wilkes. Any male/female combination of the abovementioned athletes will give Rhode Island a formidable presence at the 4th annual “Best of the US Championship” at Tempe Towne Lake in Tempe, AZ on October 26.
