VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., (July 16, 2008) – The Rock ‘n’ Roll Half Marathon Virginia Beach, presented by SunTrust, is ramping up for the August 31, 2008 event – and there are only 800 entry spots available. The eighth annual Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon offers a fast and flat seaside course with more than 20 live bands staged every mile along the 13.1-mile course. Premier east coast bands will keep everyone groovin' toward the finish line with everything from classic rock to R & B and reggae to disco.
