Bich, Hauck, Hull & McGaver Lead the Field With three Nominations Each
(St. Paul, MN – 9/30/08) The MMA Selection Committee is pleased to announce its nominees for the 2008 Minnesota Multisport Awards. The awards—a.k.a. the “Emmas”--will be presented “Academy Awards-style” at the Tri-Night ’08 festivities at St. Paul College on Saturday, November 15.
A significant change was instituted this year. The Grand Masters category used to include all athletes age 50 and above. GM’s are now, as prescribed by USAT, recognized as men age 60 and above, and women 55 and over.
