(RRW) Athletics: Note On The News - McMillan Elite "Down" In Sedona

From David Monti © 2009 Race Results Weekly, all rights reserved RaceResultsWeekly.com The McMillan Elite training group is based in the very thin air of Flagstaff at 2103m (about 7000 ft), so for certain track workouts they go down to Sedona, which is "only" at 1319m (about 4300 ft). Watch coach Greg McMillan take Andrew Lemoncello, Lindsay Allen and Giliat Ghebray through a 5000m pacing workout in their latest video.
